Thank you for shopping with Pauline and Olivia Lee Candle Co. Each candle is hand-poured with care, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
Pauline and Olivia Lee Candle Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned to us due to address issues may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pauline and Olivia Lee Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@paulineandolivialeecandles.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
